Q. How can I arrange a visit for my loved one?
Contact us by phone, email, or use our inquiry form and we will be sure to have one of our representatives follow up with you. In addition, you may wish to inquire with the facility for a consent form which can be internally sent to On-Site Specialists.
All service inquiries (i.e.dates of clinics, fees, and other detailed questions) are handled directly by one of On-Site Specialists administrators.
Q. How often are clinics being held?
Clinic frequency is dependent on the registration for the service. Some clinics including Footcare may be scheduled more often than other services due to residents health care needs. Other services such as Optometry, and Audiology will be scheduled on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis. On-Site Specialists will do their very best to accommodate all residents in a timely fashion.
Q. Do you accommodate housecall visits?
On-Site Specialists specializes in arranging visits and clinics in long-term care and retirement homes, however, where possible we can coordinate some housecall visits for certain services.
Q. Am I required to select all services from On-Site Specialists, or can I opt to choose one that we require?
There is no minimum requirement on the number of services that you may select. We appreciate that facilities and residents may already have an exiting relationship with a provider, and encourage you to maintain any services which are working well in the home.
Q. FEES FOR SERVICE
Our fees are governed to a large degree by regulatory fee guides. We are very cost sensitive and aim to offer services that are cost efficient. We eliminate the additional expenses for many Power of Attorneys in arranging additional healthcare aid support and mobility transportation.
