On-Site Specialists administers the schedule for denturist services according to provider availability. Our administrators will schedule follow-ups based on requested services/provider recommendations and apply CDCP coverage as appropriate.
Additional fees may be incurred outside of coverage. Private Insurance claim forms can be provided upon request. Emergency visits may be accommodated.
